職務内容	【Mission】 Information Technology Division in Japan is a team of technology orchestrators who shape the future of Healthineers. Our mission is to (1) drive innovative digital transformation, (2) ensure secure and sustainable IT services to support the going concern of our company, and (3) drive digital culture across the organization as technology evangelists. Enterprise Application Group will own the missions from data, applications, architecture and UX standpoints. 【Responsibilities】 ○ Design, deploy and manage Data Ecosystem aligning with IT (in/outside of Japan) and business stakeholders. ○ Ensure data architecture decisions are consistent across the enterprise. ○ Report the progress to business stakeholders, Head of IT and Enterprise Applications Group Manager. ○ Build a company-wide data governance operation collaborating with business stakeholders. ○ Lead and implement data integration, provision, and management demand with the support of data team in Asia Pacific. ○ Be responsible for the secure design of architecture and solutions based on guidelines and regulations.
応募資格	【MUST HAVE Requirement】 ○ Minimum 5 years of Database, Data Management and Data Architect experience. (e.g., Data Lake/ Data Mart/ Data Catalog/ Data Governance Framework) ○ Experience in Project Management in global context. ○ Basic coding skill of Python or SQL for data processing and querying. ○ Experience in designing and implementing interfaces such as ELT/API. ○ Working experience in diverse organizations. ○ Experience in building back-end databases and data processing modules using Python/SQL etc. ○ Experience in Agile scrum. 【Welcome Requirement】 ○ Bachelor's level or practical knowledge and experience in statistics. ○ Experience with CRM data integration projects such as CDP. ○ Experience with statistical tools such as R/SPSS. ○ Experience with Design Thinking / Lean Startup / Agile Scrum 【Target candidate profile】 ○ Passionate about Data and Data driven decision making. ○ Growth mindset. ○ Owns initiative and proactively take a step forward. ○ Good Balance between Technical Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence. ○ Strong stakeholder engagement skill. ○ Technology evangelist. ○ Technology orchestrator. ○ Respect teamwork. ○ Enjoys working in a diverse team. ○ Shares Healthineers Purpose and Value with us. 【Language Proficiency】 ○ Business level English and Japanese
