職務内容	【Mission】 Information Technology Division in Japan is a team of technology orchestrators who shape the future of Healthineers. Our mission is to (1) drive innovative digital transformation, (2) ensure secure and sustainable IT services to support the going concern of our company, and (3) drive digital culture across the organization as technology evangelists. Enterprise Applications Group will own these missions from data, applications, architecture and UX standpoints. 【Responsibilities】 ○ As a project manager, you will lead a cross-functional project team for business application implementations. ○ Manage various project stakeholders in-outside of the organization such as management board, business departments, global/regional IT and external partners. ○ Negotiate and align on contractual agreements with stakeholders such as regional IT and external partners. ○ Report project progress to business stakeholders, Head of IT and Portfolio Governance Manager. ○ Work with Enterprise Application Group Manager to drive digital transformation roadmap in Siemens Healthcare K.K. ○ Migrate legacy core business platform to new global platform. ○ Migrate and/or transform other local legacy interfaces. ○ Drive digital culture through innovative solutions. ○ Design and Build applications in line with persona journey, taking user empathy into consideration. ○ Manage expectations of business stakeholders by building a sense of shared goal and achievement, using effective communication skills and trust building skills. ○ Adhere to company’s cybersecurity standards. ○ Keep abreast of industry and legal trends.
応募資格	【MUST HAVE Requirement】 ○ Minimum 7 years of project management experience (Waterfall, Agile). ○ Project management experience in global context. ○ Stakeholder management in global context. ○ Programming and application development experience. ○ Experience using MS Project or equivalent Project Gantt Chart. ○ Experience in managing Project Finance. ○ Experience in vendor contract negotiation, including Master Agreement, Local Service Agreement. ○ The candidate must be well versed in defining appropriate terms and conditions on pricing, service delivery and liability protection. ○ Experience with SAP or ServiceNow. ○ Experience in system cut-over management. ○ Experience in owning a(n) part of/entire of large-scale global system deployment workstreams. ○ Bachelor or Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, MIS or working experience in the equivalent fields. 【Welcome Requirement】 ○ Program management experience. ○ Experience in Design Thinking ○ Appreciation in UX ○ PMP Certification ○ Knowledge in enterprise architecture 【Target candidate profile】 ○ Critical Thinking. ○ Ability to solve complex business problems in a strategically simplified approach. ○ Passion to learn and grow. ○ Self-motivated, self-starter. ○ Good balance between Technical Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence. ○ Ability to build trust with others. ○ Strong stakeholder engagement skill. ○ Technology evangelist. ○ Technology orchestrator. ○ Growth mindset. ○ Respects teamwork. ○ Enjoys working in a diverse team. ○ Shares Healthineers Purpose and Values with us. 【Language Proficiency】 ○ Advanced Business level English and Japanese
