職務内容	【Job Description】 MDS VAM (Vascular Access Management) Marketing is looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This is one of the focused product categories and you will be working closely with marketing and sales colleagues to thrive the business. Product management role requires strong business ownership as well as driving force to lead the team. 【Main Responsibilities】 ○ Product management including product lifecycle management, forecasting, analysis of market/competition/sales, new product launches, development of overall marketing strategy and annual/mid to long-term business plans ○ Effective and efficient marketing communication planning and marketing budget management ○ Work closely with the sales team to execute planned strategies and tactics ○ Communication with customers including KOL management and development ○ Close communication and collaboration with the cross functional departments, regional and global marketing counterpart
応募資格	○ Must have 5+ years experience in the field of healthcare, preferably in marketing role ○ Marketing related skills to develop marketing plans ○ Strategic and tactical thinking and strong execution skills with innovative and flexible mindset ○ Sufficient communication skills to build strong relationship with KOLs and supporting functions ○ Business level English preferred
