職務内容	【Job Description Summary】 Micro product specialist/manager will be responsible for execution of commercial excellence in microbiological testing market to drive business growth in Japan. Micro business is required to maintain the high category share and expand the market size. He/She will be reporting to Senior Product Manager for PPM and Kiestra. 【Job Description】【Key essential tasks】 ○ Market and competitive analysis via customer visit with sales rep, market research, and communication with KOLs ○ Sales training – develop clinical knowledge and deploy the clinical expertise in commercial field ○ Budget management and Sales forecasting based on funnel management ○ASR – annual strategic review planning support ○ Marketing communication planning and execution such as tradeshows, seminars, sales aid development and deployment ○ KOL relationship development and management ○ New product launch and product life cycle planning ○ Supply and inventory planning for sustainable supply management, etc.
