|職務内容||【JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE 】
The Commercial Excellence associate is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and profitability of
the Sales and Marketing functions through continuous improvement in commercial capabilities
and developing strategies and processes. Enhance SFDC effectively use and develop effective reports
through Power BI to achieve high division target. Drives initiatives to reach short-term and long-term operational excellence.
【CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
〇 Develop and launch CRM application and build appropriate metrics and KPI's
〇 Drive Incentive compensation plan effectiveness and compensation governance to ensure pay for performance
〇 Implement market coverage model to include call planning and territory alignment to
maximize resources and commercial ROI
〇 Competitive intelligence strategy implementation
〇 Work with commercial division heads to localize Japan executional strategies
〇 Application of sales strategies
〇 Drive segmentation strategy and work with commercial division heads to localize the approach
〇 Evaluation and measurement of incentive compensation schemes to drive the right sales force
behaviors and implement governance process to ensure pay for performance
〇 Implement continuous territory alignment process to allow analysis of sales force resource
allocation to ensure we maximize commercial ROI
〇 Work with commercial division heads to develop and automate competitive intelligence process
through OneForce CRM system and proactively report key competitive trends to allow the organization
to anticipate necessary strategic or tactical adjustment
|応募資格||【MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED】
〇 Strong business acumen. Ability to develop strategic recommendation based on analysis of complex data
input and present to client/ product teams.
〇 Ability to consider complex problems and offer valid solutions. Able to offer practical experience
of successful CRM application in the field/
〇 Proven ability to work cross functionally and interact at all levels of the business from Executive level down.
〇 Operational Excellence skills and experience with strong systems and analytics background.
Intimate knowledge and deep experience of SFDC, SAP, and Cognos or Datamart systems strongly preferred.
〇 Business level English required
【KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED】
〇 Relevant Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive experience with a mix of skills in sales,
marketing, customer analytics at multi brand/ multichannel organizations
〇 Minimum 5 years of business experience in customer facing and cross functional roles.
〇 Prefer healthcare industry.
