職務内容 | OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) Marketing Manager who is able to- ○ Plan and execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities including market analysis, strategy development, new product launches, etc. for diagnostic and Imaging product group(s) by collaborating internal and external key stakeholders. ○ Lead people management to create talent development plan and coach in a regular basis Manage entire OCT Marketing project to deliver outcomes and achieve group goal- Lead marketing strategy development and drive execution based on customer segmentation and targeting ○ Collect and manage market intelligence, which includes conducting market research, making market analysis, collecting voice of customers, competitive analysis, and so on ○ Develop value messaging for competitive differentiation and messaging cadence based on customer journey, and create promotional tools to incorporate messaging strategy ○ Develop communication strategy throughout various communication channels to maximize messaging impacts Establish and manage pricing strategy ○ Manage capital strategy to optimize capital installation and utilization ○ Set and track Key Performance Indicator(s) for appropriate process management ○ Manage product portfolio strategy by partnering with Regulatory Affairs, Medial Affairs, and Key Customers. ○ Lead and maximize new product launch by collaborating with key stakeholders domestically as well as globally ○ Establish strong customer relationship internally and externally, especially with key opinion leaders (KOLs) Develop training materials and execute product training – for both customers and sales etc. Be accountable for team’s commitments and achievements to senior leadership as well as key stakeholders globally and locally. ○ Manage collaboration with key stakeholders with domestically and globally Lead and develop strong talent development through development plan, daily coaching and feedback and optimized job assignment (OJT). ○ Complies with local and US FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, and Company policies to maintain business integrity. |
