Sales Operations Specialist
Defines and ensures implementation of business strategy, guidelines, and procedures, acts as a trusted advisor to Sales & Business Management regarding Business Excellence.
〇 Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist sales management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistences to achieve operational excellence.
〇 Sales Data Analyses: Compile, analyze sales and market data and provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide sales activities.
〇 Tool Design and Development: Translate business needs to technical specification. Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions (e.g. reporting tools & dashboards).
〇 Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation projects with IT and stakeholders by adopting latest technologies such as RPA, Blockchain or Artificial Intelligence.
〇 Drives alignment on strategy, guidelines and procedures related to business excellence.
〇 Analyses, develops, implements, and adapts defined business excellence guidelines and procedures for assigned area of responsibility, ensures proper communication and training.
〇 Plans and initiates benchmarking activities and assessments of organizational operational performance.
〇 Defines and monitors appropriate KPIs and improvement targets together with management and functions.
〇 Sets up, coordinates and ensures implementation of comprehensive business improvement programs in line with overall business strategy and targets.
〇 Defines program structure, required resources, responsibilities and targets for individual subprograms.
〇 Monitors program progress and ensures program reviews with management and communication to stakeholders.
〇 Actively participates and contributes ideas and solutions to improve CRM tools.
〇 Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (i.e. TOEIC 800+), including oral & written
〇 Strong in strategic, analytical, and logical thinking
〇 Strong in project management / process management
〇 Demonstrated track record of success in managing key process improvement initiatives
〇 Proficient computer skills (MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Access/O365 applications)
〇 Familiarity with BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlik)
〇 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
〇 Working experience at consulting firms or multiple business units
〇 Expertise in digital technologies, including data/information visualization, decision making support tools/algorithms and quantitative methods
〇 Knowledge of, or deep interest in, innovative work methods, including Agile, Scrum, etc., designed to reduce time-to-market and user-friendliness
〇 Familiarity with CRM tool (e.g. SalesForce/Oracle Sales Cloud)
