Business Development Manager / CRM
|職務内容||〇 Develop and execute commercial strategies through collaboration, planning and influence.
〇 Understand the dynamics of the market as well as the healthcare and economic environment to identify opportunities to grow AMJ market share for CRM products.
〇 Collaborate with internal business partners to develop integrated plans to drive results and grow CRM franchise.
〇 Develops sound business models and analyzes business opportunity factoring investment costs, COGS, cost of sales/service and revenue returns.
〇 Serve as the point person for AMJ, and lead discussions and negotiations with Nihon Koden. Engage strategically with Nihon Koden and proactively develop collaborating relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
〇 Lead Nihon Koden in implementation and execution of the agreed plans, with regular reviews.
〇 Analyze results of executed strategies to assure achievement of sales, division margin, and market share objectives.
〇 Prepare and present business updates on Nihon Koden to Japan GM as well as APAC Leadership team.
〇 Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
〇 Comply with local and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
〇 Worked in medical device and/or healthcare industry in Japan.
〇 Deep knowledge and understanding of Japanese healthcare system, regulations, promotional code and business custom and practices.
〇 General understanding of dealers/distributors management in Japan.
〇 Hands on experience of marketing and/or sales operations and/or business development.
〇 Strategy consulting background with relevant experience highly welcomed.
〇 Strong commercial execution skills.
〇 Ability to manage projects and drive initiatives.
〇 Excellent communication skill in Japanese.
〇 MBA or related Master level education is a plus.
〇 Good command of English is a plus.
〇 Strategic thinker with execution focus.
〇 Ability to facilitate strong working relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
〇 Robust negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
〇 Superior communication skills with executive presence, presenting and selling to senior management level.
〇 A self-starter.
