Commercial Excellence Business Partner / 在宅勤務、リモート就業可能
The role of the Business Partner is to serve as the person responsible for driving the shaping of demand as well as the delivery of Technology & Global Services (TGS) solutions for Business or Functions. This individual will serve as a point person to business team and conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution direction and manage the work. Above all, this individual will be required to collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure that business stakeholders are proactively provided with strategic thought leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone to facilitate bringing the appropriate technology, process and workplace solutions and shared services together as they contribute to the commercial agenda of the company.
This position leads the Commercial Excellence agenda across Japan and reports directly to the Lead Business Partner of Japan in TGS.
〇 Play a Business Partner role amongst various businesses and functional organizations in Japan
〇 Lead the Commercial Excellence agenda across Japan including key driver goals, short- and long-term roadmaps, key personnel, etc.
〇 Identify and understand business and functional needs for IT solutions
〇 Leverage and work with global and regional IT teams to deliver cost-effective high-quality IT products & services
〇 Maintain global standards and support structures - people and technology
〇 Business Demand Management
・ Demand management (needs assessment, portfolio management, roadmap planning)
・ Business requirements management (through project initiation to final project contract)
〇 Project Management
・ Execute projects adhering to the Company’s Project Execution methodology
・ Change Management – driving stakeholder changes
〇 Operation Management
・ Vendor Management
・ Manage Service Level Expectations
|応募資格||〇 Strong experience in delivering CRM solutions (e.g. SalesForce.com)
〇 Background developing Business Intelligence solutions (e.g. MS Power BI or other BI tools)
〇 Experience in delivering Marketing Automation solutions is preferred
〇 Knowledge in software development methodology (e.g. SDLC, Agile)
〇 IT Project Management skills and experiences
〇 Familiarity with business process flow / commercial acumen
〇 Ability to develop business cases
