CRM Marketing Group Manager
|職務内容||〇 Establish marketing strategy incorporating appropriate market and field research, and utilizing marketing frameworks to develop effective messages (marketing knowledge, analytics skill, PPT creation, presentation to senior management, etc.).
〇 Map out launch readiness for successful product introduction in Japan (end-to-end project management, cross-functional communication, partnership with APAC and global stakeholders, etc.).
〇 Develop annual strategic marketing plan leading product managers, and collaborating with Marketing Execution team and Education group.
〇 Develop marketing communication plan including digital marketing platform to accelerate Abbott CRM marketing message.
〇 Analyze performance vs. set KPIs (including market share, sales plan achievement, marketing objectives etc.) and establish appropriate solutions to close the gap.
〇 Support regulatory strategy, reimbursement strategy and KOL management (creating training guideline, etc.).
〇 Establish strong connection with APAC and global stakeholders to gain support.
〇 Provide hands-on support for product managers to deliver high quality analysis and presentation in timely manner.
〇 Support and challenge product managers on logical thinking and adjust their bias coming from their past experience.
〇 Engage strategically with the sales team and key customers to build the Abbott brand, advance market development and enable sales.
〇 Uses best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility.
〇 Complies with local and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees including senior management, customers, contractors, and vendors with strong and clear communication skills.
〇 Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
