Supply Chain & Logistics Manager / 感染症領域
Due to our significant business development and ongoing organizational changes, Infectious Disease Developed Market (IDDM) has identified a new Supply Chain and Logistics Manager’s role in Japan. This role will work cross functionally among Senior Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Order management and 3PLs. The main focus areas are coordination of product supply to very dynamic Japan market by utilizing the collective knowledge and by collaborating seamlessly with the stakeholders mentioned above and by following Business Unit’s strategies/priorities and Divisional policies.
【Responsibilities and Duties】
〇 Plan & coordinate product supply to Japan market according to business plan/sales forecast and by collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.
〇 Monitor, coordinate or drive End-to-End supply chain performance improvement in terms of cash and Customer service.
〇 Leverage and analyze supply chain data, drive gap analysis and lead improvements.
〇 Lead cross-functional teams to take concrete actions to turn opportunities into realizations.
〇 Ensure all Abbott standards and regulatory compliance requirements are being met in the supply chain operations.
〇 Liaise with multiple manufacturing sites, Global demand/supply planning teams, customer service and 3PL’s to ensure optimum inventory level, on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
〇 Develop data-driven insights and proposal for management for decision making and drive supply chain improvement initiatives.
〇 Prepare management reports for daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s and scorecard reviews.
〇 Own Supply chain & Logistics cost budget and manage 3PL performance in line with customer expectations, ensuring standardized practices are followed, while maintaining control of costs and services used.
〇 Maintain, review and approve work process changes, QI's, CAPA's and support both internal and external audits.
|応募資格||〇 Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience, thereof at least 5 years are dedicated to supply chain or logistics
〇 Good understanding of supply chain processes and financial data analysis
〇 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
〇 Good leadership and verbal/written communication skills both in Japanese & English
〇 SAP/ERP system knowledge and experience
〇 Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Proven experience in creating management reports, business correspondence, and written procedure manuals
〇 Supply Chain or Logistics manager experience preferred, with demonstrated customer-oriented and result-oriented approach
