| 職務内容 | Change Lead, Operational Excellence (Japan) is a key role to drive long-term growth in the company. This is not a ‘global change project roll-out’; you will be atrue change leader in charge of full-cycle business transformation projects from identifying improvement opportunities to successful project delivery. All functions will be your canvas for improvement plan! 【Responsibilities】 ○Identify change opportunities and develop change management plans ○Evaluate the impact of planned organizational change ○Align the project goals and key success metrics with key stakeholders, including Japan Leadership Committee ○Design and lead change management work streams with a structured methodology ○Define key success metrics and monitor the progress ○Drive a cross-functional business transformation projects to success by identifying and collaborating with Change ○Champions in relevant team ○Manage multiple business transformation projects as a PMO ○Influence, inspire and coach stakeholders to be effective change leaders |
| 応募資格 | ○At least 3 years’ experience of leading cross-functional business transformation projects in a global, matrix organisation ○At least 5 years+ experience of management consulting firms or equivalent experience ○Strategic-thinking; ability to find improvement opportunities and make change strategy ○Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple change projects as a PMO ○Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ○Ability to influence; demonstrate change leader values and inspire stakeholders to be Change Champions ○Self-starter, self-motivated ○Native-level fluency in Japanese language (e.g. JLPT N1) and business level English |
