職務内容	Endoscopy事業部にて自社製品のプロダクトマネジメント全般をご担当いただきます。 ○ Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses ○ Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service approach for the product or portfolio ○ Understand the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implications ○ Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses and maintains networks of people and resources for obtaining competitive information ○ Explain different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs ○ Play a role in developing key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc ○ New product launch planning and implementation ○ Interaction and collaboration with KOLs (key opinion leader) thorough the seminar, conventions, educational events, and VOC.
応募資格	【Minimum Qualifications (Required)】 ○ Bachelor’s degree required ○ 2+ years of work medical device sales or marketing experience required Especially Orthopaedics/Sports medicine, MIS/Urology or Gynecology market. ○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in JP and EN ○ Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. ○ Collaborative partners. People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices. 【Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)】 ○ MBA preferred
