| 職務内容 | 【事業・組織構成の概要】 当社はAIなどの強い技術を活用しHLS事業領域を拡大しようと、2019年6月には定款を 変更し医薬品・医療機器への参入を発表、2021年5月に発表した中期経営計画の中で 次の柱となる成長事業の1つとしてHLS事業を挙げており、Medical Care、Lifestyle Support、Life Scienceの３つの事業領域を中心に、ヘルスケア・ライフサイエンス事業 を推進しています。 Life Science領域を牽引するＡＩ創薬統括部では、創薬・ゲノム領域等の事業開発に 関する戦略策定、事業機会探索および事業開発を担います。 【職務内容】 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate exploratory, translational, and clinical projects within the AI Drug Development Division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects ensuring that they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. You will also have the opportunity to take part in business development and research planning activities in the field advanced immunotherapy for cancer and other diseases using cutting-edge AI technology, which NEC has entered into full-scale. ○ 国内外のグループ会社および提携先を含めた英語によるプロジェクト管理(Manage timeline/status, maintain/update project plan/schedule, join meetings w/technical understanding and takes minutes, meeting facilitations (going forward), interactions w/external business partners, internal subsidiaries) ○ Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks. Monitor resource availability and make adjustments as necessary. ○ Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to prevent delays or deviations from project goals. ○ Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage financial aspects of projects. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets. ○ Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
